Support DCSRN's Mission to Help DC Students Enroll in a Quality School

Nahomie Mwitaba with her daughter Anaya

For over five years, DCSRN has provided free information, resources and support throughout the DC public school choice application process to DC families like Nahomie Mwitaba with her daughter Anaya. Before working with DCSRN, though, she did not know there was a public school choice application process or how to navigate the process. A DCSRN parent advocate answered all her questions about how the process worked – such as informing her she could apply to more than one school on one application – and helped her research school options, eventually applying to 12 quality schools for Anaya.
